Tool inputs

Toolkit Shelf does not require an account to use its calculators and tools. Tool inputs are processed in your browser unless a page clearly says otherwise.

Avoid entering sensitive personal information, private account numbers, medical records, or confidential business data into tools unless the page specifically explains why that information is needed.

Saved and recently used tools

Toolkit Shelf can store the page slugs of tools you save or recently open in your browser's local storage. This accountless feature does not store tool inputs, calculation results, notes, or other personal information.

Saved and recently used tools remain on that browser and are not synced to Toolkit Shelf servers. You can clear either list from the tool directory or remove the site's local storage through your browser settings.

Analytics and performance

The site may use privacy-conscious analytics and basic server logs to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, device types, referrers, errors, abuse prevention, and performance. Analytics should not be used to collect sensitive personal information.

Cookies and advertising
